Returns & Refunds
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. We do not accept returns for any custom made tees, all sales are final.
To place a return request please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process. We only accept returns when the product is damaged/defective/misprinted.
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.

Under certain circumstances, it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account in the next 7-10 business days.
