Returns & Refunds


We do not accept exchanges for any custom made orders, oversized tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, full sleeves tees, mugs, notebooks, bottles; All sales are final. For all other orders, exchange request must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. If you want to exchange your size, please drop us a mail at with your order no. and size you want and we will guide you through the replacement process.

Please note that reverse pick up is not available. You have to self ship the item on our return address using any local courier service.


Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and will be replaced without any extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.

Under certain circumstances, it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account in the next 7-10 business days.
